In this class, we will be making ornaments out of air dry clay! This program is for ages 16+. All supplies are provided, and registration is required. Your projects will be ready to take home the same day.

Calling all teens! Come have a simply, wonderful time creating your own puzzle piece snowflake ornament with us. All materials will be provided. 

Join us to create your own fabric holiday garland! Choose from a variety of colors, fabrics, and patterns, to create your own garland for winter or a special holiday. All supplies are provided. This program is for adults.

In this class, participants will make a festive glass for the holidays using multiple layers of vinyl on the Cricut. This is the next in the Cricut series and participants will be able to complete a multi-layer design by the end of the class. 

Join us for monthly open painting! Choose from rocks, canvas, paper, or bring your own materials or project to paint. This program is for adults. 

Learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel! Join us from 5pm-7pm. Participants will learn the basics of creating forms on a pottery wheel. Safety and Liability waiver and Makerspace Playbook must be completed prior. Ages 16+ welcome. No experience required. Participants will return two weeks later, on January 18th, to glaze their pieces.

Tie-dye your own drawstring bags and mini zipper pouches - perfect for traveling or storing toiletries! This program is for adults. all supplies provided.

Sharpen your pottery skills with our intermediate course! Join us from 2pm-4pm. Participants will learn more advanced techniques on the wheel. Safety and Liability waiver and Makerspace Playbook must be completed prior. Ages 16+ welcome. Participants will return two weeks later, on January 19th, to glaze their pieces.

Drop in for some Lego building fun! Bring a friend or family member. Use our Lego building blocks to create your own masterpiece. For ages 6+

Discover yourself in Kid Korner! During this program, the library encourages our young patrons to try new things, make friends, and challenge themselves. For this first Kid Korner will be recognizing National Hobby Month.  

Homeschool students ages 9-17: Join us as we make lanyards! All materials will be provided. Beginning sewers will practice using pins, sewing on a machine, ironing, and learn the basics of using a sewing machine. This class is for homeschool students ages 9-17. A signed safety waiver and close toed shoes are required to participate in this class. (no exceptions) Waivers are available to fill out before class begins. Participants must be 9 years old or older on the day of the program.

Join us for a monthly class that will include relaxation meditations followed by intriguing art activities designed to inspire personal expression and exploration. Maybe even learn something new about YOU! Led by a mental health professional.
