This children's program was designed to help children explore the different elements of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). During this program, they'll be given the opportunity to learn a variety of new things while participating in a fun activity.
Important Notice: This program is for children, ages 7-12. Registration is required. Please register each child in attendance separately. All materials will be provided.
Learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel! Join us from 2pm-4pm. Participants will learn the basics of creating forms on a pottery wheel. Safety and Liability waiver and Makerspace Playbook must be completed prior. Ages 16+ welcome. No experience required. Participants will return two weeks later, on May 25th, to glaze their pieces.
We will only be accepting registrations from people who have not had the chance to participate in any of our Pottery or Ceramics programs in the last year.

Based on Jennifer Louden's "The Woman's Comfort Book," this class covers a different Self Care topic each month. Activities will include relaxation meditations, journaling/writing exercises, discussion, and occasional art experiences. Led by a mental health professional.

This 50 min class is a perfect combination of low to high intensity moves inspired by Bollywood dance and music that will make you sweat, smile and leave you wanting for more. A safety waiver is required to participate in this program. You can fill one out at the start of the class. Ages 16+.
