Join our teacher, Dianne Orcher, for virtual Chair Yoga. This yoga class is accessible to all levels, including beginners. Please note, registration and a signed liability waiver are required.
The fitness goals for this program are to improve balance and increase endurance, flexibility, and range of motion. The class is taught in seated and standing positions using a chair as a prop. Research shows that people with Parkinson's Disease can benefit from activities such as Chair Yoga.
