Baby Bookworms is a perfect way to introduce your littlest ones to the joys of books, rhymes and music. Join us as we sing, clap, wiggle and bounce together in this fun and interactive lap sit program!
Tweens and teens! Join us for a pottery class, where we will be learning how to throw on the wheel. No experience necessary. All supplies are provided and registration is required.This class is open for ages 9 to 15.
Part 2 of the class on Monday, July 15th at 2pm will be for glazing your piece.
Participants must be able to attend both classes. Participants must also have a safety waiver signed by a parent or guardian before the class. Closed toe shoes must be worn to participate.
Join us for a delightful journey through stories, songs, and imagination! Our Little Explorers Story Time is designed especially for curious little adventurers aged 1 to 3 and their caregivers.
In this Computer Basics course, participants will learn various topics and skills on using computers and different technologies. This class will focus on the following:
How to shop online easily and complete safe and secure transactions
Advice on how to safely shop online to protect your personal information
Basics of online cart functions like carts, categories, sales, finding contact information and return policies, etc.

Join us for our ceramics open studio hours! Time in the studio is by registration only, and access to the pottery wheels is first come, first served. Prior ceramics experience is highly recommended. Participants will return two weeks later, on July 24th at 5pm to glaze their pieces.

This fun-filled storytime is intended for children (ages 3-5) along with their caregiver. During storytime, they will enjoy stories, songs, and assorted activities.
Important Notice: This storytime is limited to 20 children. Upon arrival, please stop at the Service Desk to pick up a yellow ticket in order to attend. Tickets will be available on the day of on a first come, first serve basis. Children must be present to obtain a ticket.
Do you have a cosplay you're stuck on? Do you have a cosplay you want to make but don't know where to start? Or simply want to discover what cosplay is about? Come hang out with Maria, she's a seasoned cosplayer, who can teach you the ropes, from sewing a costume, to making accessories and putting on makeup! Come learn and be part of the vibrant cosplay community in Florida. For ages 7 and up.

*We have limited amount of fabric so we can`t guarantee we will have the specific fabric you need, so come prepared.
If you have a costume you're already working on, bring it with you.
If you have your own sewing materials ready (example, fabric), please bring them with you.
If you want to learn how to do makeup, please bring your own makeup and brushes.
If you don't know where to start, or have not started yet, that's okay, we will guide you just please bring reference pictures of your character.

What is a book tasting? Attendees will sample different kinds of books from a special "book menu". Each course will allow participants to choose a type of story they would like to "taste" for a chance to read an excerpt or share with others at the table. At the end of the program any books can be checked out to enjoy. This will be an opportunity to try new genres, discuss different picks, and perhaps try a book you normally wouldn't choose for yourself!

The presentation will cover climate zones and growing zones, tropical fruit horticulture, origins, and morphology of the banana plant and how to create the best conditions for bananas in Pasco County.
