The Exploring Movement and Meditation class will blend yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and mediation. Please bring two light weights (2-5 pounds) and a yoga mat. If you don't have these items, you can bring a towel/blanket and two water bottles. The class will meet outside the library at 9:45am for a warm-up walk. If you do not wish to walk, you can join the class inside the library at 10:30am.
