The Christmas Bird Count (CBC) is the world's longest ongoing citizen science project. The first count occurred on Christmas Day in 1900. This year will be the 123 consecutive count. 2551 counts were turned in with the 2021 Christmas Bird Count . An amazing 42,217,206 birds were counted.
