Looking to reconnect with nature and learn something about birds in the area? Then come spend an hour watching birds near our pond, with an ornithologist to answer your questions. You will have a chance to get a look at some of the regulars; including wading birds, songbirds and some reptiles in the pond. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of our resident alligator, Gordon! We'll have binoculars and a spotting scope. Stop by between 4 and 5 pm and find us around the pond. Ask about our birdwatching kits available for check out. Registration is required. Waivers are required for each person attending this program. You can fill them out in advance here:
