This class is for ages 9 years and older (including adults). A signed safety waiver and close-toed shoes are required for participation in this program.

This lap-sit program is meant to instill the love of reading in children at an early age. It is suitable for babies up to 1-year-old and their caregiver(s).
In this class, we will use basic hand building techniques to construct basic clay boxes or vessels! This program is for ages 9+. All supplies are provided, and registration is required. Part 2 of the class on Monday, April 15th at 3pm will be for glazing your piece. Participants must be able to attend both classes. A signed Pasco County Libraries Safety Waiver is required for participation and can be filled out the day of the class.

Tweens and teens! Join us for a pottery class, where we will be learning how to throw on the wheel. No experience necessary. All supplies are provided and registration is required.This class is open for ages 9 to 15.
Part 2 of the class on Tuesday, April 16th at 3pm will be for glazing your piece.
Participants must be able to attend both classes. Participants must also have a safety waiver signed by a parent or guardian before the class. Closed toe shoes must be worn to participate.

Learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel! Join us from 5pm-7pm. Participants will learn the basics of creating forms on a pottery wheel. Safety and Liability waiver and Makerspace Playbook must be completed prior. Ages 16+ welcome. No experience required. Participants will return two weeks later, on April 17th, to glaze their pieces.

This fun-filled storytime is intended for children (ages

Dr. Wootan is a family practitioner and a graduate of The University of Oklahoma School of Medicine.
He served 8 years in the United States Navy and was a medical associate of La Leche League International for over 20 years. Dr. George has been practicing medicine for over 65 years, and for many years was in family practice and assisted at over 2000 births.
Dr. George is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, which is his specialty. He is also the author of Take Charge of Your Child’s Health, a book that educates parents on how to become more responsible and involved in their children’s health care.
He has been featured and appeared on several news, radio, and talk shows, and has taught seminars all over the world.
